Fried rice Step By Step

  • First, take a pan, place it on the stove, turn on the stove, add a tablespoon of oil, and let it heat.
  • After that, add two beaten eggs, fry them, and keep them aside to cool. Then, put another pan on the stove, turn on the stove.
  • Add three tablespoons of ghee, and add finely chopped garlic. Fry it a little, and then add half a cup of carrot, one cup of cabbage, and one capsicum.
  • Fry them well and make them soft. Then, add two cups of boiled rice. Then add salt on top of this rice according to your taste.
  • Add one spoonful of black pepper, half a spoonful of chicken powder, half a spoonful of sugar, two spoons of soy sauce, and one spoonful of red chili sauce to it, and mix it well.
  • Add the eggs that we kept cooked, and then sprinkle the green onions over it and cook it well.

  • Put a pan on the stove, turn off the flame, and add two tablespoons of oil to it. Let it heat a little, then add finely chopped ginger and garlic to it, fry it a little, and add green chilies to it.
  • Cut about four green chilies and add them lengthwise. Then, add half a cup of capsicum and cook it a little.
  • Add fried chicken and fry it a little, then add soy sauce, Chili garlic sauce, red sauce, oyster sauce, salt according to your taste, black pepper, half a spoon of sugar, and chicken powder.
  • Add chicken stock and fry it well. Lastly, add a layer of coriander on top of it and finely chopped ginger along with it.
  • Pour over and mix it up and plate and serve.
