Recipe Steps

Below, I mentioned the simple steps of making a tawa chicken recipe.

  • First, in a bowl, put half a cup of yogurt.
  • Now, add turmeric, ginger and garlic paste, salt, red pepper, black pepper, cumin powder, paprika powder, hot spices, dry coriander, turmeric, lemon juice, and vinegar. Mix it well with the help of a spoon.
  • Add chicken on this mixture and coat it with spices.
  • Please keep it in an airtight container for four hours at room temperature so that the spices penetrate deep inside.
  • Take a pan, place it on the stove, add half cup oil and wait until its hot.
