  • First, take half a glass of water in a glass and then add instant yeast, sugar, and salt to it, mix it well.
  • Then add half a cup of milk in a cup and an egg. And beat it well then put flour in a pan and add this milk which we have kept by adding egg and mix it well. After that add yeast and sugar water that we already made in glass.
  • If the water is less, add lukewarm water and knead it well.
  • After both the water and the flour are combined to form a dough, add ghee on top of it, then knead it well for about ten minutes to make a soft dough.
  • Then, apply a layer of ghee on top of it, put it in a bowl, cover it, and keep it aside so that air does not pass through it.
  • First, take a pan, add oil to it, and keep it on the stove. Heat the oil, add garlic paste, fry a little, then add boneless chicken mince, fry it a little again, then add chopped red chilies.
  • Add black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and curd and cook it well. Add half a cup of water and keep it on the stove for five minutes.
  • After five minutes, all the water in the chicken will be dry. Add capsicum, onion, and tomato on top of it, mix it well, make a space in the middle of it, place a small bowl in it, and place hot coals on top of it, slightly above it.
  • Add oil and then cover it for five minutes. We will give it charcoal steam to give tandoori flavor.
  • Then after that, we make patties of the dough we have prepared. Give it the shape of a box of salt, then make a cut in half with a knife on one side of it, then put the filling we have prepared in the remaining half and fill it well.
